That happpens quite often on Autobahn. 95-100 mph is normal cruising speed and you stay in the right lane going that speed. Looking more in the mirror than ahead to be sure no one is coming fast like that if you would do an overtake on a slower car.
I have been passed by Porsches, Ferraris and Lambos going by at probably 150 mph or more. It is hard to judge, but they go really fast.
