Most of those are welded in a cabinet that is pressurized with gas to achieve that type of weld quality. But a good welder can achieve the same quality.

For piping you need to back purge, which is to fill the pipe with gas when welding. Always use a stainless filler rod that is a higher number than the material your welding.
