Speakin' of, could we get some pics of the front wheels with the Vintage Wheel Works, AFX spindles, and Touring Classics brakes? I have the spindles and brakes but really want to make sure the V40s will fit. Maybe an angle that shows the caliper clearance to the backside of the spokes? If you happen to know the wheel specs I would be interested in that as well even though I know what I need for my 1st gen. I think. |
theres about 3/8" clearance between the outside of the calipers and the wheel. About 1/8" between the front upper edge of the calipers and the face of the wheel. I think these are 4.75" b.s., but not positive.
