Head and cam selection is open to lots of possibilities. Todds set up is a nice set up, and not to radical based on what I know about it.
As for heads, Dart's are good and I have run them for years. But right now AFR has them covered. We really need to know about car in general, your needs and goals. You could put some 310s and a nice hydraulic or hydraulic roller, A Air Gap intake and make 550 to 600 Or you could run a solid roller and pick up a bit. or step up to 325 - 330 heads and a big hydralic roller, single plain intake and start looking to 650+, but you will move your powerband up and exteend your RPMS.
