i agree with frank on a couple things..
cam change and piston change are a must.
try looking at a cam in the 230-240* @ .050" range .500-.550 i know comp makes a retro roller and you would be able to reuse alot of stuff. unlike a flat tappet cam.
you WILL have to change you vlv springs.. bet they are ~200lb closed and some 500lb open this will crush a HYD lifter. 130-135lb closed is about the max for a HYD cam.
intake the vic JR is boarder line streetable... i would drop down to a high rise dual plane like a rpm air-gap
bassicly what is the goal for the motor?
