It is an original 69' Boss 302. The valve covers are original Ford Girdled Valve Covers they attach to the actual rocker studs with 7/16" nuts. 302 Boss Motors use a "cleveland style" head, not an actual cleveland head. The boss head has a coolant crossover that goes through the intake and the cleveland head does not.
