well, being a dodge its a little hard. not a bunch of aftermarket block choices like you bow tie guys have. However, mopar did get it right with the 1st runs of the 360 blocks, which i have, and is completely different than the newer "magnum" motors seen in the trucks. Very thick walls, people who drag race small block mopars, and use the older blocks, go .080 over and race again and again. I can't beleive i never thought of the race logic system though, may not be a bad idea, but you put into words what i want, i want to make WOT runs and stay straight, i mean, maybe im better off going for a n/a 408 stroker. i was hoping i could kill the car a little with gearing. and yes, this is an e-body im building. whether or not cuda, not sure, i have a cuda and a challenger body, not sure which ill use, or if ill use either one, we shall see. but i dont like starting things without a game plan, and the plan is all complete with the exception of the motor. like i said, under 45mph, all smoke, thats cool, but i dont want to be all over at 80mph, just not safe, that being said, this car is actually going to have IRS. and ill take all my datsun/triumph road racing stuff to the table to get it dialed in. but yah, im thinkin drop the extra cubes.. cuz i dont need them, and thats more money saved since i wont have to clearance out the bottom of the cylinders, leave it a 365 and change, and pop those two turbo's on. Oz cheek gave me the specs on the turbo's for what i wanted, and he has been there/ done that with FI v8s.
