Your best bet is going to be purchasing misc bends from "burns" or "works".

99.99% of the local muffler shops DO NOT use mandrel benders. You probably won't be able to rent a mandrel bender either because they are very expensive and typically very large.

If you angle cut and reweld the pipe it will take an eternity to finish it.
