Why? Because I can.. lol..

I guess you would have to drive the car to understand.. 5mpg and bad handling gets old.. it's a drag car with pro-touring dance shoes on.. Time to make it handle on par with it's look..

Besides, I'm not changing (ie. rebuilding) the car.. the paint and interior are staying basicly the same. The wheels are staying (new front offset to take care of the scrub issue) and a few tweeks to the 4-link.

I like screwing with cars to fit exactly how I want them.. I also didn't want to be in paint jail for 6+ months so I got a car with pristine body and paint that I love.. not to mention a killer cage and a 90% done four-link.. toss in the bitchen Dana 60 and you have a car most of the way there, now I can take it the rest of the way.

If I had wanted to buy a bad ass car and just leave it alone I would have gotten a new C6 Z06..
