Remember the burnt orange Chevelle that was on one of the first Overhaulins? 19s and 20s as speced by Foose and he knows a thing or two about proportions and stance. Can't find a pic of it at the moment but if you do, that will tell you how it fits and how you'll like it. IMO, it's just right for that car with a 2 or 3" drop.

Getting the stance right is what I am worried about. I have to rely on my friends to help me as I am not a skilled mechanic by any means. The foose car was a 71 and I attached a pic. Cost is another issue because I still need to buy tires and my wifes 65 Mustang goes in to be restored. I know the 19's and 20's cost more. I do believe he is running a 295/40/20 on an 11 inch wheel and still appears to have some sidewall. I am still undecided if I like it on a 70 thru 72.
