Well there some small difference's on about everyone on those year nova's. The 68 even though new body style is still a chevy II and interior is abit diff. than newer models. A 69 has shorter taillights,sidemarkerlights. also side louver frt. fender's. 70 has bigger taillights,sidemakerlights,louver's frt.fender's.71 and 72 real similiar other grille and taillight lense's diff.maybe other stuff I'm missing but you get the idea.
