The idea is that yes they are adjustable the upper end of the slot is the stock location and the lower end of the slot is the g mod location, and the alignment will not be a bitch as long as you set the arms in the same location ( vertically ) on both sides. the easy way is if you want More Camber gain set it in the Gmod location if you really don't care set it in the stock location.
if you really want to mess with it your on your own.

it only changes the camber gain. but keep in mind that ride height also plays into it
