oh, I see. so more than likely they are selling the car for someone else for a fee?

What would be some questions to ask or things to look out for when buying a classic?

How can I verify "matching numbers"?

Is there a place I can go to find out what the car in question came with when it was built? Not sure if CarFacts would work or not...
