The wheels and tires are basically new. I bought them new in 05' for my 68 camaro. The tires and wheels have 0 miles.

Tires: Kumho Ecsta tires (not sure the size of tires, but I will find out)
shipping will be exactly what UPS gives me a quote for and I will pay for the boxes and packing.
