You'll either need to open the ID of the disc brake bracket , and then create a retainer with a stepped lip to hold the seal/bearing in place OR you could machine a relief into the disc brake bracket to clear the protruding seal. you might want to add some material on the other side of the bracket to ensure at least .250 of bracket is holding everything in.
