Yea, BOS has this happen all the time. They give an realistic quote and then loose the business when the customer gets a crazy low quote somewhere else. Sometimes they end up hearing that by the end the customer paid as much or more for the job or that they hated the work done.

I guess some shops just want to get your car in their possesion, they can dow what they want with/to you.
