You are really reading a whole lot into a small description. The plates are designed to replace the cast aluminum engine stands with a plate that bolts to the engine and will accept a SBC engine mount. That in turn will allow the engine to bolt to the frame stands like a SBC would. That's it. End of description.
You are trying to make it sound like we are attempting to represent these plates as the only items needed to make the LSX engine bolt into any early chassis when that is just not the case.

PS- I've has a minimum of a 60% increase in sales every year since I opened in 2000. If that is what you consider "faltering sales" figures, you need to go back to accounting school.
