We do our very best to reply to e-mails ASAP, but like all businesses we are swamped with e-mails ~ mostly spam. I've been on the road since the 14th and had 4500 e-mails in my in-basket. Thankfully my spam blocker cropped about 4300 out of that, but there's always the possibility that a business related e-mail made it into the junk pile.
