Hello Members, that time I have a big problem!
A guy at eBay.com scammed me when I have bought my Dart 320 cylinder heads (2000$).
First he told me stories about he got to wait for the payment to be cleared, what ever that means.
He wanted to get a mail from me with a confermation from the bank that the money is cleared but that was a postal money order.
After I started to complain that I have bought more than 300 items from the states and I have never heard about that nonsence he stoped replying.
Once I called him :bah:, he probably did not expect me to call him, and he picked.
When I asekd what´s wrong with him he told me he is in stress but will come in touch tomorrow and will explain what happened.
Of course no contact anymore.
I was contacting some laywers but only one came in touch, I choose the low offices from the state he lives, should be Indianapolis

The lawyer I was talking with told me usually he takes 225$ per hour but for me he do it for 175$, what a nice guy , is´nt he
I asked him how many hours that should take and he ment he dont know but if the seller does not pay I have too
What a nonsence, if he takes 175$ per hour and he charge me for 10 hours (after all I cannot control the hours) I already pay what the heads was and if he is not succesful I have twice the loss, what a sucking deal
Who got an idea what to do or who is a lawer that could give him a call, I am sure that guy will not risk a trial.
Very important, how can I contact the police to report him to scam me?
Even if you got another idea or if you have a deal for me tell me, I am open for any idea.
For me it is also ok if some bad boys solve the problem, just tell me what the deal is.
