Jeff,

That happened roughly 13 months ago today.

The fine print on Paypal website that you cannot cancel your credit card or you will be liable for the amount of the transaction.
The problem is, paypal doesn't have a legal leg to stand on if you don't receive your merchandise.

My CC didn't have a problem giving me back my money. After filing the claim it took 48 hours for them to yank the money from Paypal.

Tyler, Mastercard and the Illinois internet crimes got my money and taught me a very important lesson about buying stuff online. Even in the classifieds here.

Note: the guy that scammed me had 155 posts under his belt here and twice that at LS1tech. He also scammed people from two different toyota supra websites. They start posting and within 6 months have enough posts to look legit. It's really F** up!
