I've seen Tom's Camaro and it's very nice and it's enough under your budget that you could "tweek" it to your own tastes.
You could buy mine but it doesn't have music... and it's hard to get in and out of.. and it's a bit over your budget. lol... but it has other charms.
Good luck with your search and from a $$$ standpoint you are doing it the right way.
