it should be possible to find the info on the different subframes with the search function.. it has been discussed to death.. twice!
with regards to the lateral dynamics ATS are the sole vendor as far as i know and having first hand experience dealing with tyler i can only recomend them....
if it were me id install a chicayne front suspension from ATS on the stock sub frame and possibly a lateal dynamics rear with some tubs... install it with half height solid bushinga and a set of subframe conectors and you have one awesome handling 1.gen
