You need to start by making sure the engine, tranny and suspension (aftermarket subframe or sock) will fit, are you going to tub the car or just a nice street look.
How big and wide of a tire you want to fit on it. These are the things you need to think about before you even think about getting near a paint shop.
You need to get all the AC and mounting brakets under the dash as well.
