I am going to assume that all
of your ball joints, tie rods, etc are new. First thing I would do is have the alignment checked again after you call ART and get the alignment specs they reccommend for their system. Also have a 4 wheel done to make sure the rear is square in the car and with your front wheels.
What you describe is a bad bump steer problem, worn parts or bad alignment. I am assuming it is the alignment.
In my younger days, I rebuilt the front end of my 72 C10. I put the drag link on backwards (it fits both ways) It stumped me and the alignment guy for a week until I figured it out. It would behave just like you stated in your above post.
