Either way will look great but shiny aluminum or chrome is more traditional. Black will make more of a styling statement. Hell, Steve Strope went with White on the GTX-R. I wouldn't go that far. But for a minute there, I almost did this:
Check out how the red wheel overlays against the "Olds 442 W-30" inspired stripe. Maybe my next car.

Anyone can build a Nash Metropolitan and be different. The real challenge comes from making a popular platform like the Camaro look different and still be cool.
