Thats a great story for a great car. Brought a tear to my eye as it reminded me of my father doing the same thing for me when I was 15. He figured that buying me a car & getting me to work on it with him it'd keep me outta trouble & give me direction, plus I grew a whole lot closer to him. Difference was I had a vintage 2 seater convertible (1937 Morris 8) & we built it from the chassis up.I know how you feel Chris, my dad passed away last year as well & when i'm working on my cars I still think "how would dad have done that?".
