you won't get a decent air filter on there, but the manifold and carb will clear. I used a Vic Jr with a big block 69 and had it converted to EFI. The throttle body is 1" shorter than a carb, and I still could only fit a 2.6-2.7" drop base 14" filter up top with the factory cowl. With a carb it would have been even worse, as it's 1" taller than my throttle body was.
