either high durometer rubber or del-alum... poly squeaks.... good shocks and tires will get you far, if you want more you should do it right.. box the frame, and add a full suspension global west, airride, hotchkis or whatever... but do everything,
for a daily id get the airride, its a full kit and it will blow your mind how big the difference is!
