Don't forget to consider the cost of your LSx conversion when deciding which way to go with the front subframe. The AME will save you some money on the conversion because you can run the stock accessories and F body oil pan. You can also run low cost C5 brakes and abuttments. Do the math on the total cost of your project including the LSx conversion. When I did it the AME subframe cost was more a less a wash with an upgraded stock subframe but gives superior performance.
