Basically, if he wants to go he can do the 'public' (outdoor) part of the show which is pretty big in it's own, otherwise he has to register and get his own pass. If he is in the business he can register at the show...but that will take some time! It's probably a little late to do the online deal.
I do know that if you are a vendor you can get guest passes...my cousin got in last year this way.
Lenie, you can try to register him at the show under your business as a 'new hire'....just a thought, but in pre-registration they ask for paystubs and the like. But in general I don't think it would be too tuff to get him in since you already have been approved! See ya there!!
