with blower and turbo cars it's very noticeable all around when the temps drop. With a blower you'll make more boost, sometimes to the point of having to change pulleys to keep the boost down where you want it. With turbos the boost level should be more steady, but the cooler air makes more power, more air packed into the engine. I always loved driving my forced induction cars/trucks in the winter; summertime they felt lazy in comparison.
We dynoed a late model LS1 Vette with a Procharger in the afternoon, hot day probably 100-105 degrees. Made 370 rwhp or so, very lazy. Brought it back to the same dyno early the next morning at 75 degrees and it made about 450 rwhp, completely different car.
