.. i checked the cars parked next to me and they didnt have any tickets, so i have a sneaking suspicion its a treehugger that just hates polluting cars, a gut next dor has a mercedes R500 4x4 and he gets tickets left and right too so there might be somthing to the theory...
and i will pay attention to my neck in the comming days
