If you want to do it right do it like Jakes said, cut it all weld in a new edge and be done with it, you will never need to touch it again. Cutting it at 10-2 is not the best look when you get on the ground and look under the car you will see the edge.

I will post some shots from the Nova we just did so you can see what we are talking about. The more room you can get the better because there are larger tires than the 345/30ZR19 and if you every want to go to a larger wheel this will be out of the way.
