OK...the Comp 280H is too much cam for a 9.3 to 1 350. Bleeds off to much comp. The Thumper.....they are poser cams. I would look at something like the XS268S solid flat. Should work really well with your motor/conveter. For a carb is would go with a Holley 650DP. As far as the gears.....sell both sets and go for some 3.73's. Good all around gear for street/strip. Also.....might wanna think about getting rid of the Team G intake and going with an RPM air gap. Should help your low/mid range torque a bunch. Still will work fine with up to a 150 shot of gas.
