It's funny they get you for that, but fail to write you for no wipers or side view mirrors. Seems petty but hey they have very little crime in Irvine. I think it was voted "Safest Big City for the fourth year in a row". Maybe the cops are that good or maybe it's all the smart foreigner's going to UCI
