I use both. Craigslist because the price is right for the ad, and usually the buyer is local and I can get rid of the stuff easy.
Ebay, when I just want to get rid of something, I list my stuff with no reserve, if I don't need or want it anymore, I don't want the hassle of relisting etc. I don't think I have ever listed something that I was disappointed with what I received. I set the shipping at as reasonable of a rate as I possibly can ( I have lost money with my shipping calculations, but I am just trying to ger rid of stuff. I let the buyers out there figure out what it's worth. I can say, by setting no reserve, I have managed to sell everything I list.
