Ok, I do believe it is a well written letter, except for the some spelling/grammer issues, but as far as stating the facts?
Does he know "FOR SURE" that GM has guys hanging out in the plant or giving the newbies too much grief for going too fast as a "fact"??
I'm not bashing the guy nor his letter, but if there is proof that what he is saying is true, then GM is a lot to blame in my opinion for what is happening. I mean, the company I work for would NEVER allow guys to hang out or give people grief for going too fast to get over-time pay. It's just bad management/people management of time, which is money.
Like I said, I'm not bashing the guy nor his letter. But if he has SOLID proof that this stuff is happening, then that would be a BIG "shame on you" to GM.
