Im no expert but I believe you should measure the angle of your driveshaft or driveline at the transmission. When I did my mini tub set up, I used the adjustable perches from DSE mocked the whole thing up had 2.5 deg down at my drive shaft and rotated the rear down a 1/2 to 1 deg. This gives a total of 3 to 3.5 degrees of pinion angle, I then welded. For you to just pick an angle from perches to pinion with out knowing where the driveline angle is may get you in trouble.
