Way to go Old school! I love working with pencils, it's just so time consuming I haven't done much other than sketching for some time.

Here's one thing I tried when I was doing pencil to keep the smudges down- I bought some ultra cheap winter gloves and cut the finger tips off so I could still feel the pencil in my hand. The fabric of the gloves "soaked" up some of the led dust rather than building up on your hand and transferring back to the paper. Also I have this little "dry cleaning pad" that's filled with a fine eraser powder. I'd shake it over the paper before I started and it created a thin layer that my hand would actually glide over rather than rub on the drawing. Then when I was done you could just rub the pouch over the blank parts of the paper to pick up andy mild smudges. I got it with my tool kit when I took a drafting class back in 9th grade in 1984. Still have it pull it out on occasion. Here's a link to it, I'll bet you could find a supplier over there that carries them.

Keep up the good work!
