The difference between a properly designed 3-link and a 4-link is akin to the difference between the new LS6 and a stocker 350...no comparison. The 4-link is more designed for show or straight line cars, no chassis designed for turning has ever used a 4-link. You NEED to pick up a copy of Herb Adams book to better understand suspension kinematics before venturing further into a change of this magnitude.
