C5 are 2 piston calipers and C6 are 6 piston calipers.
I am not sure what size wheels you have to run with C6 though. I know you can get by with 17"+ size wheels with C5's.
Thats not a bad deal. I got mine off of an 03' for $100 from a local salvage.
