I made hard lines this time, but I've ALWAYS been able to get a molded hose to fit by using a coat hanger or welding rod bent to the angles I needed and then heading down to the local auto parts store and going through their hose selection. You may only use part of the hose, or have to trim one end, but in all the swaps I've done in years past I always find one with the proper bends by making a template from welding rod or similar.

Hopefully someone can help you with exact numbers, but if not give this a try.
