Question worth keeping/restoring?

well just thought i'd throw this out there for opinions. as per my name and introduction thread i found a complete and original buick regal t-type. i got it from a friend who's family has owned the car since new. upon picking it up i discovered the body is too far gone to be worth the effort to save. floors, trunk pan, doors, rockers are all gone along with a few other areas. strangely the quarters are still good. the engine is also seized and therefore am assuming the turbo as well. i'm sure the transmission isn't too far off either.

i have no sentimental attachment to the car nor was it on my list of must have cars to own. however i have always admired the body shape and given it credit for what it is.

now debating what to do with it.....i would essentially have to buy another regal of same year and combine the two to make one car to make this one work. i can probably buy a grand national for far less than it would take me to get this one back on the road. it'll be worth less than a GN in the end as well.

i guess i'm a little torn as to what to do with it.

1. should i keep it and begin the restoration since it is a complete numbers matching car

2. save the engine, tranny, wiring harness wheels etc. and send the rest to the crusher and use the parts i salvage in another project

3. forget the whole thing and continue in my quest to find an early 60's impala or first gen camaro

thoughts and input appreciated. thanks in advance.
