Default Gen V/VI oil filter bypass valve
I have recently learned that with a oil cooler or remote oil filter setup GM recommends increasing your bypass valve from 11lbs to 30lbs due to extra resistance. I'm switching mine out next weekend. You may want to see if that's needed on your application as well. Bypassing means no filtration. Not sure mine was bypassing but I'm not taking any chances!
