I have been told Flowmasters don't quiet enough at Laguna. Our 73 Camaro has a 3" X pipe then just before the mufflers we put flowmaster reducer cones from 3" to 2.5" then into the Walker 2.5" mufflers, then flowmaster mandril bent tail pipes. Even then, the car has gone over depending on conditions, so I made up some elbows for the tail pipes to divert sound to the left. We also run a 1970 Z/28 air cleaner instead of the usual open element one. It costs 10 RWHP though.

The car sounds very quiet on the track, like a stocker almost. I think the Laguna DB limit is BELOW what the state of California requires.

Here is mary in the red camaro at Laguna.
