No CHP didnt give me a ticket... he basically said if I file an accident report for hitting a stationary object, it gives me a point on my record.
The other driver apparently owns a body shop so he has insurance for any vehicle he uses through his business...of course the CHP never verified this claim...then never even called in his license or reg etc, so for all they know this guy could be a wanted felon.
So the moral of the story is if any of you guys want to dump stuff all over the freeway for people to run into, youre free and clear of any responsibility if someone gets injured.
