I know there is a shop in walnut creek that can repair wheels. Rite-Way Wire and Wheel Specialists. They do phenomenal work and are reasonably priced. My buddy took a couple Konig rims there and they straightened them like new. (925) 933-4046
I know that's not exactly Manteca, but they do the job.
