Thanks for the tips. I was able to get it alot closer. I realized that a good deal of my problem was the quarter window. I wasn't able to fix that entirely, but close enough. I'm off maybe a quarter inch from top to bottom between the front window and quarter glass molding. I was able to get my window far enough into the weatherstripping that it looks like a decent seal...lubing it helped alot with the window 'seating' properly when I shut the door. I did put the foam tape up there. I may try shimming it to get that last bit I would like to see fully seated up front.
