thanks again for the input. I'm also going to be plugging the holes left from the trim mounting points. I figure I'll make plugs out of sheet metal for the larger ones and just weld closed the smaller ones. What gage sheet metal will match? Also, I'd like to try using the adhesive on the plugs by attaching a backing plate to the plugs. Does you see a prob w/that technique?
