Hi Guys - thank you very much for the feedback so far!

Yes, aluminum IS definitely at the absolute top of the list, as this is a point that has had the largest amount of discussion. The shorter overall length will be challenging, though I'm confident that it can be done. The variable power adjustment option is also high up there on the list, as even I myself would enjoy this option VERY much!
